Because of the great density of the black bear population, hunting for the bear is ensured 98% of success at Moose Valley Sporting Lodge. 

You can practise on our premises several styles of hunting:

  • with the rifle
  • with the arc
  • with the black powder (Daniel Boone)
Our guides work very hard to ensure you success in your hunting expedition.


Our package  
3 days and 2 nights includes:
  • hunting permit
  • logging
  • the service of guide
  • the transportation*


The whole package for $1,500.00 / per person (hunting permit included) in canadian dollars.

* Transportion:
Transport includes displacement between Edmundston, NB and Moose Valley Sporting Lodge. The customer will go to Edmundston in New Brunswick by his own means.

Required equipment:

  • rifle with ammunition
  • knife
  • hunting cloths (hot and comfortable)
  • sleeping bag (could be provided)
  • personal effects

Saturday October 12th 2002, "Hunter's Dinner" :

  • Party with music in the evening.
  • Karaoke evening.
