Moose hunting in New Brunswick takes place during 3 days at the end of September. The male moose is much more receptive to ' ' the Call' ' during this season because of the mating season. Therefore the chances of success are much better.

We ensure a success of 85% to our hunters because of the density of the population of moose in our area. Our guides work very hard to help you to achieve your goal.



Click to enlarge 		The province of New Brunswick is divided into sections which are called " Zone' '. Zone 3 is where Moose Valley Sporting Lodge is located. Keep that in mind when you'll apply for your licence. 

The application for hunting the moose is done by telephone or in person to any office of district of the MRNE or a Services Center of New Brunswick  to get your permit.

The whole package for $1,500.00 / per person + hunting permit in canadian dollars.

* Transportion:
Transport includes displacement between Edmundston, NB and Moose Valley Sporting Lodge. The customer will go to Edmundston in New Brunswick by his own means.

 

Required equipment:

  • rifle with ammunition
  • knife
  • hunting cloths (hot and comfortable)
  • sleeping bag (could be provided)
  • personal effects


To be note, that you can also make hunting with archery in Moose Valley Sporting Lodge.

Saturday October 12th 2002, " Hunter's Dinner": 

  • Rally
  • Party with music in evening.
  • Karaoke evening.
